A quick introduction…

…my name is Claire and I am the proud owner of Northumberland Wedding and Events Creche.​ Having worked in childcare as a private nanny and childcare provider for over twenty years, I was approached to help at a clients wedding. It was such an enjoyable day and I received such fantastic feedback, I conducted research and realised that there was no similar business offer in Northumberland. Our events business started here and we have not looked back!

I am a qualified Early Years Teacher and I run a local preschool in Corbridge. I love working with children and have two of my own and have experienced first hand how difficult they and I found my friends wedding to be. I wish that this service existed when my children were younger!

The breadth of experience that myself and my colleagues have ensures that children have a fantastic time playing and are too busy to notice that their parents are having just as good time without them!
